Solitaire Microscope (S-508)
Solitaire Microscope (S-508)
When we talk about the diamond industry, a microscope is a noteworthy tool. It is one of the most widely used instruments in this industry, which helps in the analysis of clarity, color, finish grade, and fluorescence of diamond. It develops an accurate 3D image of the diamond in inspection and analyzes and evaluates minute details including clarity, accuracy, and purity. With Microscope, we can see very specific and accurate positions of inclusion in Diamond. Stereo microscopes are valuable tools for the inspection or analysis of rough Diamond also.
Illuminations
The Solitaire Microscope base is equipped with an advanced illumination system that consists of a unique combination of halogen or LED darkfield lighting or Halogen & LED combine darkfield lighting.
Dark Field Halogen Illumination
Darkfield halogen illumination is an effective technique that studies the various characteristics inside the diamond. The lights from the sidewalls convene into the center of the diamond which helps in easy inclusion and therefore giving an accurate analysis of the specimen. It works by illuminating the diamond with light that is not recognized by the objective lens, and thus will not form part of the image. This produces the classic appearance of a dark, almost black, background with bright objects on it that is best to use for the examination of diamonds.
- The visibility of inclusion and polishing is better in the darkfield. Also, it has the option to switch the darkfield to ring illumination. Therefore, the user can find two reference views of a specimen.
Led Illumination
LED (Light Emitting Diode) segmental ring light is used for shadow-free ring illumination and oblique light segment illumination. Employing LED in the microscope gives brighter white light to the diamond. The analyst can use LED light illumination or halogen lights illumination technique or a combination of both as there are extended examination possibilies.
- Excessive white ring light LED declines the visibility of the inclusion and polishing line of the diamond.
- While observing, more rainbow lights are reflected due to which it is not appropriate or distract the operator to find inclusion.
Overhead A Daylight
With one of the best lighting conditions, daylight illumination in this microscope helps to study intensely the clarity, finish grade, and color of the diamond. It is one of the best instruments for the analyst to examine the impurities in the stone at a single glance, that too, in 10X loupe.
Microscope Stand
Tilting Movement
Solitaire microscope’s ergonomic design allows an analyst to have stress-free working. As the base body is adjustable according to the height and inclination of the user, they can set the microscope according to their comfort. Designed perfectly, consummately and all-in-one device, it can be easily used. Apart from these, it is easy to uninstall and reinstall wherever it is required.
Diamond Holder
Its vacuum-based gem holder consists of a suction pad along with a tube and vacuum pump. With the help of this vacuum suction, the analyst can hold and move the diamond in any direction they desire without the interruption of the current view. In addition to this, a conventional magnetic wire/plain-type tweezer is also available.
Optics
When it is about a microscope, lenses are one of the most essential parts of it. At Vision 360, as we never settle for anything else than the best quality and consistency, we develop instruments made with the highest quality and state-of-the-art technology. And for this, we have been associated with the most leading optic lens manufacturer Zeiss. With an association of more than a decade with this forerunner brand, for us, it is these attributes that always can make success. And therefore, we strive to give our best to clients. We develop instruments made with the highest quality and state-of-the-art technology.
We have always been a step ahead when it's all about technology. With the introduction of Greenough-type stereo microscope by Zeiss, Vision 360 procured it as we believe in walking with the technology. The Greenough-type stereo microscope gives you crisp 3D impressions, adaptable object illumination, and effortless sharing of images whenever one wishes. This microscope is useful for easy specimen handling and large to view the field. Solid, maintainable and easy to use, this specimen is perfect for the analysis of diamond and gemstone.
Important Features
Sparkling Ring Light
The surrounding sparkling ring light set the lights uniformly into the diamond; and therefore, the analyst can view all the minute details inside the diamond. It helps in analyzing the surface inspection and polishing line of the diamond and also helps to reduce the volume of lights reflecting from it.
Visibility Of Inclusion
The introduction of a repercussive mechanism in the instrument is used for inclusion and easy visibility of a diamond's clarity and finish. 3000K halogen bulbs are used to analyze hidden inclusion and check the clarity of the diamond.
Ring Lighting
With the introduction of ring light illumination and darkfield illumination, it has become easy to inspect the diamond. The targeted lighting combining the yellow lights with LED ring light helps easy inclusion; therefore the lights convene into the center of the diamond from the sidewalls, which makes an easy cross-verification process.
Yellow Light Source (dark Field)
The high illumination inclusion in the darkfield is helpful to analyze the diamond properly. As the base of it is halogen technology, one can capture the frame and scrutiny the inclusion of the diamond.
Easily Controlled
This microscope has the feature of analog control light settings. With the help of push on and off switch, the analyst can control the programming of light.
Ergonomic Design
With state-of-the-art technology, this instrument is comfortable and easy to use. The instrument is durable and can be used for a longer me. The analyst can use it for around 7-8 hours uninterruptedly.
Tunable Lights
Ring illumination and darkfield illumination can be managed manually with a knob. One can tune the light setting according to the requirement. Both the ring illumination and darkfield illumination have dedicated knobs each.
